Would you wear it like this in public?
Okay I have seen ladies wear a tank top underneath a dress before but have never seen too many wearing a tank top OVER a dress. I admit it's not something I would have worn but after seeing this woman rocking it with confidence:
I actually wanted to try it. I think the key thing to remember here is to make sure the tank top is loose-fitting.
Are leggings still in fashion?
Okay I never got into the whole leggings craze when it started last year. I guess the high school girls that roam the mall ruined in for me by wearing mini jeans skirts with black leggings underneath and pairs of flip flops/ballet flats/converse/keds all the time; sometimes even in groups and they will wear something that matches with one another. When looking through The Sartorialist, I saw this:
